Summer Camp Registration Form
June 8-12
9:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
Summer Enrichment Program – “DIG IT” butterfly garden. Ages 3-6
Half day program 8:30-12:30 $120 and full day program 8:30-4:00 $225. All campers bring your lunch. Must be potty trained by 6/1/09.
Fine Art Camp – CUT IT OUT!! Henri Matisse. Ages 7-11 $125 for the week!
Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts – Mixed martial art class with emphasis on self defense and bully prevention skill in any situation. Ages 7-11 $70 for the week!
Lacrosse – Coach Mark Alsdorf and top ranked Plant High School Lacrosse players who specialize in specific positions will provide individual and small group instruction and team play. This camp is open to all boys regardless of skill level – rising 5th graders-8th grade. Campers must bring: cleats, elbow pads, chest protector, lacrosse stick, helmet with mouth guard, athletic cup throat guard for goalie, gloves and water bottle. $90 for the week!
If your child is doing a morning camp and afternoon camp then bring lunch. Lunch is on the deck at no charge.

Computers – Ages 7-11. Develop proper typing techniques and increase speed, Power Point presentations, Microsoft FrontPage, Kid Pix and fun curriculum-based lessons in Kidspiration $80 for the week!
Cooking – Ages 7-14. Chef Lars from William Sonoma will be teaching this “cooking with books” series $120 for the week!
Spanish – Ages 7-11. Ms. Avy will teach basic Spanish vocabulary as well as basic Spanish grammar concepts through a variety of methods and games. $85 for the week!

Summer Enrichment Program – SPORTASTIC!!! Come join us as we play various recreational games! Ages 3-6. Half day program 8:30a.m.-12:30p.m. $120 and Full day program 8:30a.m.-4:00p.m. $225. All campers bring lunch. Must be potty trained by 6/1/09.
Secrets To School Success – A fun interactive summer camp designed to teach goal setting, using technology to enhance learning, note taking, textbook reading, test taking strategies, time management, learning styles, memory activities and studying secrets. Grades: 4th-8th $175 for the week!
Scrapbook Camp - It is more than just an embellished photo album. It's an illustrated storybook of the things that are significant to you! Grades: 2nd-4th $125 includes supplies.

Scrapbook Camp - It summarizes and keeps the memories that you have celebrated in your life, with family and friends! Grades: 5th-8th $125 includes supplies.

Science Camp Invention - Grades: rising 1st-6th graders. Come see how much fun science can be when we visit Planet Zak, build coasters, create new inventions and just have fun!! Bring your lunch. $225 for the week!

Scrapbook Camp - Let the Scrap Boutique help inspire the creative butterfly in you! New projects each week. Special scrap bag included! Grades: 6th-8th $150 includes supplies.
July 13-17
9:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
Silly Games and Goofy Sports – Ages 7-11. Have fun!!! Come join us as we play various recreational games, both indoors and out. Games will include your favorite PE games and Snatch and Run, Capture the Flag, Trench and many others!! $60 for the week!
Cooking – Ages 7-14. Chef Lars from William Sonoma will be teaching the “America” series. $120 for the week!
Odyssey of The Mind Science Camp – grades 3rd-5th Odyssey of the Mind is a national program where students are given problems and teams have to build and create their solutions. Who knew science could be so much fun? $100 for the week!

Dance – Ages 7-11 Come dance and jam this summer with Jackies Jammin Studios at St John Greek School. Learn how to pop, lock, flip and be hip to the latest dance tunes!! Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern and Acrobatics $75 for the week!
Scrapbook Camp - Grades 5th-8th. All you need to bring are photos! $125 includes supplies.

Guitar Camp - First session: 1st-3rd grade 1:00-2:30. Second session 4th-8th grade 2:30-4:00, $75/week. Students need to provide their own guitar. Join our new music teacher.
August 10-14
3, 2, 1 Blast Off to a New Academic Year!! Join this academic camp to get ready for the upcoming school year. Rising 1st -3rd grades 9am-1pm. Bring your lunch! $150. Mrs. Fonte and Mrs Larkin will teach this camp.
